Facebook’s internal rulebook on sex, terrorism and violence has been revealed. The files were leaked to The Guardian. The guidelines have exposed the difficulties Facebook faces to manage the content posted by its 2 billion users. Moderators have as little as 10 seconds to make decisions and their rules are often situational.
