Wilson’s World: Previewing Fan Appreciation Day at Racing Electronics in Concord.

CONCORD, N.C. – Wilson always enjoys stopping by Racing Electronics in Concord.  Today he was there to find out more about their upcoming Fan Appreciation Day but before that he took a tour through their lab and their new production floor.  He also went next door where he took us through the garage at Streetside Classics and into the track area at K-1 Speed In Door Go-Cart Racing.

Racing Electronics in Concord is a major source for racing communications equipment. Wilson is not the only famous person that uses their products at the speedway.   NASCAR drivers Joey Logano, Kasey Kahne, Kevin Harvick and even actor/driver Patrick Dempsey have used the American made products from RE.

On Friday, May 26th from noon until 9pm the public is invited to stop by RE  at 840 Derita Road in Concord for their Fan Appreciation Day to enjoy an afternoon of family fun.  The event will include tours of the RE facility, classic and race car displays at Streetside Classics, go-kart racing on the track K-1 Speed In Door Go-Cart Racing, a Racing Electronics “fire sale,” food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, giveaways and more.  And be sure to bring a lawn chair and enjoy the family friendly movie that will be showing in the parking lot beginning at 7pm!

Thee general public can take advantage of the great American made products that Racing Electronics has to offer by visiting their retail store at 840 Derita Road in Concord or on-line.  From Thursday, May 25th through Sunday, May 28th you can also find them at Charlotte Motor Speedway.  A map of their location is HERE.
