President Carter viewing underway in Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA.– People across the country began saying goodbye to the thirty-ninth President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, in Georgia on Saturday. A motorcade with a hearse carrying the former President’s remains traveled from Carter’s home in Plains, to his childhood home in the same city. The motorcade then drove past the Georgia State Capitol, before arriving at the Carter Center in Atlanta. WCCB Charlotte’s Ivan Rodriguez has the latest from Atlanta.
