Lingering showers are possible Tuesday with gradually improving conditions as the day progresses, highs near 80Β°. Wednesday and Thursday will be very pleasant with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s under mostly sunny skies. In addition to the sunshine and comfortable temperatures, lower humidity will create for very nice early June weather. Warmer temperatures and muggy conditions will return as we approach the weekend with just a slight chance for a shower or storm. No widespread heavy rain is expected through next weekend.
