Winter blast creating dangerous driving conditions in Missouri

KANSAS CITY, MO — A driver bailed out of a car after hitting black ice in Missouri.
This happened Saturday in Kansas City.
Someone recording video of cars sliding down an off ramp off interstate 29 captured this moment. You can see the driver almost lose their balance on the slick ice as their car slides down into a ravine.
No one was hurt.
