We had it pretty easy around here. Atlanta was hit so hard by the storm they needed the National Guard to help kids get home from school. Roads are still at a standstill, and emergency services are so overloaded, 911 wants people to Tweet the police if they need help! Blocked-off roads and communications problems… power outages and stranded schoolkids… our guys seem to have done a better job, but how much better? Grade your city!
