Charlotte Fire battling 2 alarm fire in west Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC – Firefighters are on the scene of a 2 alarm fire at the old Wilmore School on west Boulevard.

The fire broke out around 2:30 Monday afternoon.

Charlotte Fire says it took 60 firefighters around 25 minutes to control the blaze.

Nobody got hurt. The Charlotte Investigation Task Force is looking into what sparked the flames.
