CHARLOTTE, NC — A recent driving study conducted by WalletHub ranked Charlotte as the 24th best city to drive in.
The study compared 100 of the nation’s largest cities. The company said they looked at 25 key metrics to make their rankings, including average gas prices, average annual hours of traffic delays, and auto-repair shops per capita.While Charlotte ranked 24th nationally in the study, the Queen City came in last compared to other North Carolina cities that were included. Greensboro ranked 3rd, Winston-Salem was 7th, Raleigh 10th, and Durham came in at number 13.
Corpus Christi, Texas ranked number one in the study, while San Francisco, California ranked dead last.
