Friday through Sunday will be hot with temperatures a solid 5-10Β° above average. Highs will soar into the mid to upper 90s with the heat index ranging from 100-105Β° during the afternoon. Overnight lows will remain mild and only drop into the mid 70s. Although an isolated storm is possible during peak heating, better rain chances will hold off until Sunday and early next week.
