Man killed in northwest Charlotte shooting

CHARLOTTE, NC – A 48-year-old man is dead following a shooting in northwest Charlotte.

Police say they were called to a home on Susanna Drive just after 9pm on Wednesday for a domestic violence-related call.

When they arrived they found a man who had been shot several times. Medic says he died at the scene.

According to a police report, the victim and the suspect were family members. Their names have not been released.
