A cold front will approach the area Wednesday with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing as the day progresses, highs in the low 90s. Behind the front, much cooler temperatures and lower humidity are expected Thursday through the upcoming weekend. High temperatures will only reach the mid 80s with overnight lows in the 60s. Partly cloudy skies are expected each day with mostly dry conditions returning to the area.
