High pressure will remain in control for the start of our work week. We’ll see plenty of sunshine and a trend of above average temperatures once again. Hurricane Jose is expected to remain over the Atlantic with no impacts to our area. Tropical storm conditions may be felt closer to the Outer Banks as Jose passes through Monday. Rain chances will increase later in the week as a back door cold front approaches the area Friday.
