Arrest Made In Harris Boulevard Circle K Robberies
UPDATE: The CMPD has arrested a man in connection with two robberies of a Circle K on Harris Boulevard.
Police say Jamsie Jenkins, 30, has been arrested and charged with two counts of Common Law Robbery.
On October 7, 2017, at around 1:30 a.m., an officer, aware of the recent robberies, noticed the suspect looking into the window of the Circle K and approached, then detained, the subject after receiving additional information.
The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released as it develops.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for assistance identifying a robbery suspect.
Police say on Tuesday, October 03, 2017, at 5:24 a.m., a suspect entered the Circle K, located at 7035 E. WT Harris Boulevard and demanded property from the business while implying he had a gun.
The suspect is described as a 30 to 40-year-old year old black male,about five feet five inches tall and 145 pounds, with a thin build and was last seen wearing all black clothing.
