Pfeiffer University Hosts Grand Opening For Renovated Charlotte Campus

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Pfeiffer University held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new Charlotte facility today in south Charlotte.

Pfeiffer President, Dr. Colleen Perry Keith was on hand for the event along with Carolina Panthers play by play radio announcer Mick Mixon, and Peter Atkin, vice president of Cisco Meraki.

β€œPfeiffer University has had a Charlotte presence for over 40 years and our new campus will continue to serve the Greater Charlotte area with state-of- the-art technology, modern classrooms and flexible meeting and event spaces,” said Pfeiffer President Dr. Colleen Perry Keith. β€œWe look forward to providing new opportunities that are affordable and flexible for those looking to take the next step in Charlotte and beyond.”

The 26,440 square foot campus is located within the 1515 Montford Park building, which was formerly known as the Park Seneca building, before undergoing a complete renovation.Β  Pfeiffer University occupies three floors of updated space as the anchor tenant in the redesigned space.

The redesign and renovation were undertaken byΒ Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, and includes classrooms, library space, a marriage and family therapy clinic and administrative offices. There is also free parking for students, faculty, staff and guests.
