INDIAN TRAIL, NC — Deputies have charged three suspects and seized more than four ounces of heroin.

Cesar Castaneda, 40, of Charlotte, was arrested after deputies seized over two and a half ounces of heroin. He is charged with two counts of Trafficking Opium or Heroin and Maintaining a Drug Vehicle.

Israel Figueroa, 25, of Monroe, and Pedro Viera, 19, of San Diego, California, were both arrested after investigators seized more than one and a half ounces of heroin. They’re both charged with two counts of Trafficking in Opium or Heroin and Maintaining a Drug Vehicle.
