Man sentenced to prison after trying to meet young girl for sex

A York County man is going to spend several years behind bars for trying to meet who he thought was a 14-year-old girl for sex.

Hunter Wallace tried to meet the girl back in 2023, but it was actually an undercover officer.

Wallace sped off when he realized he’d been caught, even crashed into another car. The two people inside that car suffered life-threatening injuries.

This week, he was sentenced to seven years in prison for solicitation of a minor along with a suspended sentence of 10 years for that crash.
