Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Offering 50K Reward For Info On Childress Break-In Attempt

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the individuals who tried to break into the home of Richard Childress.

According to authorities, three people wearing masks with military style weapons tried to break into Childress’ home last Sunday night.  Childress shot at the intruders with a handgun to ward them off.
