Master Control Operator EOE/ME
Part-time position
Master Control is a 24/7 department, MCO’s may work all shifts including weekends,
overnight and holidays. Responsibilities include but not limited to, ‘On Air’ and 'Live-
assist' switching, monitoring of audio and video levels, keep program logs, ensure
satellite feed reception for broadcast, assist in the ingestion and dubbing of commercials
and keep the control room clean. Strengths should include solid computer knowledge,
multi-tasking and strong troubleshooting abilities. The successful candidate will not be
fazed by new challenges or easily overwhelmed. Candidate must be self-motivated, detail
oriented, well organized, and able to work under pressure. Experience is not necessary as
