Deputies Arrest Four Suspects In Iredell County Drug Raid
TROUTMAN, NC — Deputies raided a home on Flower House Loop Friday after an investigation into claims that it was being used as a “drug house.”
The month long investigation resulted in numerous drugs being intercepted after leaving the home. Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics detectives also discovered Heroin was being sold, and made several undercover purchases during that time.
On Friday, officials served search warrants at the home and arrested four suspects on multiple charges. They also seized Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Xanax, needles, small balloons (used for packaging heroin), scales, and plastic bags.
The following suspects have been charged:
James Smith – Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Maintain a Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance
Nick Shelton – Misdemeanor Maintain a Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Amanda Krug – Misdemeanor Maintain a Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Eric Brown – Misdemeanor Maintain a Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
