A dramatic warm-up ahead

70s return late week

It’s been a chilly one across the region! After a cold Wednesday morning, temperatures have struggled to climb out of the 40s, winds keeping things feeling uncomfortable. The crisp air and brisk breeze have certainly reminded us that November is well underway.

Hang tightbig changes are on the way! As we move into tonight and early tomorrow, the clear skies and calm conditions will make it easy for temperatures to dip back near the freezing mark once again. You’ll want that extra layer in the morning as frost may form in some areas.

However, once tomorrow afternoon rolls around, everything begins to shift. Winds will start to turn out of the south, ushering in a wave of much warmer air. This will mark the start of a noticeable warm-up that carries us right into the weekend.

By the time we hit Saturday and Sunday, it’ll feel like we’ve skipped ahead a season with highs climbing into the mid-70s! After such a chilly stretch, the sunshine and warmth will be a welcome change.

Enjoy a cozy evening, because flip-flop weather is just around the corner!
