Rising temperatures through the rest of the week
Sunshine taking over the weather pattern
As we move into Thursday and Friday, a steady warming trend takes shape. Afternoon highs will climb to near 70°, pairing up with sunny skies and a light breeze. It’s the kind of pleasant fall weather to take a walk or make some outdoor plans heading toward the weekend. In our mountain communities, the snow showers and wintry chill from earlier in the week are officially behind us. By Thursday and Friday, temperatures rebound into the upper 50s, and the weekend delivers even more improvement with highs reaching the low 60s and sunshine dominating the forecast.
The weekend forecast is even better with a picture-perfect setup for mid-November. Expect highs in the mid-70s with mostly sunny skies on both Saturday and Sunday. Mornings will still start on the cool side in the 40s and 50s, but as the sun rises, it’ll quickly warm into a mild, comfortable afternoon. With no rain in the forecast, it’s a great opportunity to spend time outside.
Looking ahead to early next week, that mild pattern continues. Highs will hover in the 50s and lower 60s with no significant rain expected through at least midweek. It’s a wonderful stretch to enjoy the season’s final burst of fall warmth before colder air and winter systems start to make a return later in the month.
