The Edge: Fans think the CMAs were rigged

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Some viewers were not happy with this year’s Country Music Association awards.
Lainey Wilson was this year’s host. She also clinched several awards, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Album of the Year. Many viewers posted on social media their frustration with the host’s wins. One viewer wrote, “Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs got cheated out of the CMA awards show last night.” Another viewer wrote, “We should just call it the Lainey Wilson show- CMA awards is so rigged.”
