Rain continues overnight, but drying out Wednesday
Rain overnight, windy Wednesday
Tonight, another round of downpours is moving in, and there’s a chance for a few thunderstorms as well. These showers are expected to be more widespread than the last round, but the good news is they should move out fairly quickly by tomorrow morning, giving way to drier conditions. Tonight will remain mild in the lower 60s giving some of those storms the energy they need which will cause a few rumbles of thunder overnight.
Wednesday looks like a brighter and windier day, with highs rebounding into the mid-70s which will be a nice little warm-up before we dive into the cooler air for the holiday. By Thanksgiving, temperatures will take a noticeable dip, dropping into the lower 50s. This cooler weather will stick around into the weekend, so if you’re planning any outdoor festivities or travel, be sure to bundle up.
As for precipitation, the overall threat is low after the overnight showers. There’s a small chance for rain late Sunday, but otherwise, the weekend should stay mostly dry.
