ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police arrested three people after they found meth and heroin inside a motel room in Rock Hill.
Cops conducted a property check at the Executive Inn on North Anderson Road when they found the drugs.
Robert Hawkins, Cynthia Burton and Christopher Watkins were all charged with possession of methamphetamine and manufacturing methamphetamine.
