Above Average Temperatures Return, Clouds Linger

Temperatures will warm above average Wednesday with highs near 60° under mostly cloudy skies. A few showers are possible, the best chance will be north and west of Charlotte. Temperatures will soar into the 70s Thursday and Friday under mostly cloudy skies. Although a few showers can’t be ruled out, no widespread heavy rain is expected. Unsettled weather along with cooler temperatures return to the region over the weekend.
