HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Police are searching for a missing 17-year-old who was last seen leaving Hopewell High School.
Huntersville Police Department says Elijah Keshawn Mensah has a history of running away and has previously been located in Charlotte along East Boulevard, Jesse Harper Drive, and Lucky Penny Street.
Officials say Elijah has high-functioning autism.
