Mostly cloudy skies are expected over the weekend with a few showers Saturday turning into a steady rain Sunday into early Monday. Highs Saturday will reach for the low 60s before colder temperatures return to the region Sunday. In the mountains, snow is likely Sunday into Monday with several inches possible before the system moves away Monday morning. At this time, some snow may mix in as far south as I-40 early Monday morning with minor accumulations, areas to the south of that should remain a cold rain. Dry conditions will return Monday afternoon with quiet weather expected for the remainder of the week.
