Wilson’s World: Celebrating Military Appreciation Month at Harris Teeter with USO of N.C.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  In just 6 years Harris Teeter has raised over one million dollars for the USO of North Carolina  and over 4 million for the USO…and they are still going.  Again this year they will be working hard for the USO of NC.

Wilson was at Harris Teeter on South Blvd in South End this morning with volunteers of the USO, employees of Harris Teeter and even with one special military family to talk more about Harris Teeter’s ‘Round Up’ campaign.  Whenever you stop in and shop at the Teeter, when you check out just round up your purchase to the nearest dollar and support the USO of NC

Wilson talked with Ginny Holland, who is the mom in a military family, about how the USO of NC has helped them.  He also met Ginny’s husband Jason as well as their two lovely young daughters Emmy and Clara.  Wilson then proceeded to get the girls hyped up on sugar.
