FAA asking video gamers to apply for ATC jobs

The Federal Aviation Administration is turning to an unlikely talent pool to fix a critical shortage of air traffic controllers.

The agency is recruiting video gamers because of their quick thinking, focus, and ability to manage complex situations under pressure.

The FAA is offering paid training benefits and the potential to earn more than $155,000 within a few years.

Applications open April 17th.
