Would You Rather Watch The Royal Wedding Or Lick A Dirty Shoe
The excitement ahead of the Royal Wedding is reaching fever pitch.
Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle at noon Saturday.
(That’s London time, which is 7:00 AM in Charlotte)
600 guests will see them tie the knot inside St. George’s chapel and another 2,000 will attend outside the chapel, on the grounds of Windsor Castle.
The ceremony will be short on world leaders, but there are some big names on the guest list:
David and Victoria Beckham will be there and several other Spice Girls are reportedly invited.
Sir Elton John cancelled two concerts to attend the wedding and is rumored to be performing.
And Hollywood royalty George and Amal Clooney are set to attend too.
Americans seem to love, or at least be fascinated with the British royalty.
The Royals can send TV ratings through the roof.
Almost 23-million Americans watched Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011.
An estimated 17-million Americans tuned in to see Prince Charles and Princess Diana marry in 1981.
And more than 33-million Americans watched Princess Diana’s funeral in 1997.
While Harry and Meghan have the world’s attention, but not everyone is excited.
A new poll shows 66-percent of Brits don’t care about the Royal Wedding at all.
