CHARLOTTE, NC — A major data breach involving the education platform Canvas has parents, teachers and students concerned after hackers reportedly stole stole names, addresses, student ID’s and other personal information.

Cybersecurity experts say the bigger story may not be the breach itself, but what happens after your information is exposed.
