Queen University swimmer killed in car crash over the weekend

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A member of the men’s swim team at Queens University has died in a car crash. Police say 22-year-old Keegan McKenney was a passenger in a car that ran off the side of Queens Road West and hit a tree. It happened around 2:15 Sunday morning.

On Facebook, Queens University Swimming calls McKenney, “A cherished teammate, friend, and member of the Queens family whose impact will never be forgotten.”
