NASCAR suspends 23XI employee, after police say she used golf cart as weapon

CONCORD, N.C. – NASCAR has indefinitely suspended a 23XI employee, after police say she used a golf cart as a weapon.

Concord Police arrested and charged Evanna Howell with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. According to court documents, Howell is accused of assaulting a man at Charlotte Motor Speedway over the weekend.

She is a senior account manager for the team owned by Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin.
