CMPD searching for suspect in deadly Uptown stabbing

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police need your helping finding the person who killed a man at an Uptown apartment complex.

Officers responded to the Flat Iron Apartments on South Sycamore Green Place just before 7 Wednesday morning. When they got there, they found a man with multiple stab wounds. MEDIC pronounced him dead at the scene.
