LINCOLNTON, NC — Deputies have charged a 56-year-old man with breaking into a home on Hudson White Trail.
The owner of the home told deputies David Thompson, Jr. was caught on surveillance breaking into the home on Friday, July 20th. Thompson, who lives down the street from the victim, was reportedly seen walking around inside the home and taking beer and soda from the refrigerator.
Thompson has been charged with Felony Breaking and Entering, Larceny After Breaking and Entering, and Felony Possession of Stolen Goods. He has been placed under a $3,000 bond.
