Kershaw Man Arrested On Multiple Drug And Weapon Charges

KERSHAW, SC — The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office has charged 53-year-old Billy Danzy with several crimes related to drugs and firearms.

Danzy was arrested at his home on Three Cs Road after deputies executed a search warrant Thursday. Investigators say multiple pills, including Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate (Vicodin) and Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride (Percocet), were found inside the home, as well as roughly 55.3 grams of marijuana.

Deputies also seized three shotguns, two 9mm pistols, a rifle, and over $6,900 in cash, according to reports.

Danzy is charged with Trafficking Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate 4 to 14 Grams, Possession with Intent to Distribute Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate, Possession with Intent to Distribute Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, and Possession of Firearms during the Commission of a Violent Crime.
