CONNELLY SPRINGS, NC — A 61-year-old Burke County man has been indicted on several sex related crimes involving children.
Terry Radford has now been indicted for Statutory Sexual Offence with a Child related to a second victim. Radford was already facing charges of Indecent Liberties with a Child following an arrest on July 22.
Officials say the investigation began on May 14th when Burke County detectives received a report of possible sexual assault.
Radford has been placed under a $150,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on October 22.
