Shotgun Wielding Suspect Wanted For Statesville Armed Robbery

STATESVILLE, NC — Police are looking for a suspect in connection to an armed robbery late Sunday night.

A suspect armed with a shotgun robbed the Gas ‘n Shack on Landson Drive around 10:28pm, according to authorities. No injuries were reported.

Police say the suspect is described as a black male with dreadlocks, between 5’9″ and 6’, and 170-190 pounds. He was reportedly wearing a dark blue hoodie, multi-camo t-shirt, black Adidas tennis shoes and black sweatpants.
