UPDATE: 25-year-old Rontavious Clark has been located and arrested.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are searching for a man accused of cutting off his electronic monitoring device.
Rontavious Shawn Clark is wanted for breaking or entering a motor vehicle, damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Clark was ordered to wear the device as a condition of his pre-trial release.
On October 3rd, police say Clark cut off his device and was last known to be in the area of Summerour Place in Charlotte.
Anyone with information in his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
