MONROE, N.C. — Police say they made an arrest in a murder case where the victim was dismembered and found in Union County.Β
Keith McCarthy has been charged with first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and concealing a death. Β
The body of Jaime Toledamo Hernandez, 41, of Monroe was found Friday inside a barrel in a wooded area near Stallings. Β
McCarthy is in the Union County Jail being held with no bond. Β
