CLOVER, SC — A 53-year-old Clover man is facing several charges involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Scott Mutterer was arrested Friday after investigators say he solicited files containing child pornography from a minor victim. The investigation into Mutterer began when authorities received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
He is charged with two counts of Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. If convicted, officials say Mutterer could face up to a 10 year sentence per count.
