Wilson’s World: Celebrating National Pasta Day at Vivace Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It’s National Pasta Day so Wilson headed to one of Charlotte’s favorite Italian restaurants, Vivace Charlotte.   He not only enjoyed taste testing some of their wonderful pasta dishes, but he also had a little ‘fun with words’ to the chagrin of Vivace’s Chef Will Bayrd and Chef David Lucarelli.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Charlotte Hornets, Vivace prepared a special Hornets pasta just for this morning. To celebrate their 30th anniversary, Charlotte Hornets Honey Bees Scarlet and Amber stopped by to drop off free tickets to tonight’s game for Vivace to give away today.  Diners coming in to Vivace after they open this morning at 11am can get a pair of tickets while they last.  Tonight is the Hornets’ season opener and they not only will be giving away free 30th anniversary tee shirts to everyone in attendance, but there will also be plenty of other giveaways and surprises to celebrate.
