The higher elevations will be dealing with freezing rain Wednesday night into Thursday. Roads will become slick Wednesday night and linger until about noon Thursday. Conditions will gradually improve for all areas Thursday afternoon as the storm moves away from the region. Clear skies and below average temperatures are expected Friday through the upcoming weekend.
