MATTHEWS, N.C. — Authorities are asking for assistance locating a man last seen in Matthews, North Carolina, who may be endangered.
Richard Michael Gibbons, 79, was last seen in the 200 block of Foxfield Lane in Matthews and may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Gibbons is a white male, approximately five feet eight inches tall and 170 pounds, with balding grey hair and hazel eyes. He may be wearing black pants with a grey sweater and driving a light blue 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe.
