Charlotte Christmas Village, 7th & N. Tryon
Kick off the holiday season with a festive tradition in Uptown Charlotte – this year at a new location. Join us at the Charlotte Christmas Village at the corner of 7th and Tryon for the Uptown Tree Lighting. We’ll have holiday music, performances and visits from our favorite ACC mascots. And of course Santa will be on hand to light the tree at 6:30. If you want to continue the fun…hop on the Uptown Crawl and visit eight Uptown museums and cultural institutions for free! A trolley will take you from place to place…from 6 to 9 PM.
CLT250 Anniversary Celebration
Monday, Dec. 3
11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
The Square, Trade and Tryon
On the 250th anniversary of the City of Charlotte’s founding, join your neighbors for an official commemoration of this historic milestone. Join us at The Square from 11:30 to 1:30 for music, food, and free cake! We’ll also have remarks from our Mayor, and take time to think about Charlotte’s past, present and future. All Charlotteans are encouraged to come. This event is part of CLT250, the citywide celebration of Charlotte’s 250th anniversary, presented by Atrium Health. You can learn more about how you can get involved at CLT250-dot-com.
