IREDELL COUNTY, NC — A man is facing several charges from multiple counties after deputies reportedly caught him breaking into a Statesville business early Sunday morning.
Iredell County deputies say Justin Hosey, 27, of Kings Mountain, was caught while breaking into Fast Phil’s Gas Station on Mocksville Highway early Sunday. Hosey had also reportedly broken into another business, County Line Grocery on Campground Road, around 4:41am.
After being taken into custody, officials say they learned the vehicle Hosey was driving had been reported stolen out of Panama City, Florida, and Hosey was wanted in connection to other breaking and entering cases throughout several North Carolina counties.
Hosey has been charged with two counts each of Felony Breaking & Entering and Felony Larceny after Breaking & Entering, and one count each of Felony Possession of Stolen Property and Felony Possession of Burglary Tools.
Mocksville Police Department obtained warrants for Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense, two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering, one count of Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering, Felony Possession of Stolen Property, and Misdemeanor Injury to Personal Property.
He was also served with outstanding warrants from Cleveland County, Burke County.
