Wilson’s World: Building a Perfect Pizza at Gusto Farm to Street at SouthPark Mall

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was dodging the early morning mall walkers today while he was making his way to Gusto Farm to Street in the dining pavilion at SouthPark Mall.

Gusto’s menu has been carefully crafted utilizing healthy grains and greens, hormone and antibiotic free meats, as well as fresh, locally sourced produce and ingredients when available.  Wilson went into the kitchen as they prepared a fresh pizza and a fresh salad.  And then he enjoyed stopping the mall walkers to try the pizza.
