HICKORY, NC — A habitual felon in Catawba County has been sentenced to five to seven years in prison following his conviction on Wednesday.
Henry Pham, 34, pleaded guilty to charges of Habitual Driving While Impaired and admitted to his status of being a habitual felon.
Officials say Pham had two prior DWI convictions from 2011 and 2012, as well as convictions for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle in 2002, Felony Hit and Run in 2009 and Habitual Impaired Driving in 2015.
All offenses took place in Catawba County.
