No Charges For Officers Who Killed Stephon Clark

Sacramento, C.A. – There could be more protests in Sacramento, California today after the District Attorney decided not to charge the two police officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark.

The officers shot Clark multiple times nearly a year ago, after chasing him into his Grandmother’s backyard.

Investigators say, Clark was standing with his arms extended in a shooting stance and they thought he was pointing a gun at them. It turned out to be a cell phone.
