ORANGEBURG, S.C. — Investigators say a 14-year-old girl has been arrested after a video posted on social media showed a toddler performing a sex act on her.
Detectives say several people called to report the video that was posted on Facebook Thursday. The teen has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Officials say the teen sent the original video to a friend but the video was eventually posted to Facebook. Police are trying to determine who posted the video.
DSS took custody of two other children who lived in the home with the toddler.
